Microglass Group

Microglass Group is specialized in the constant innovation in the field of the industrial applications of the electro-radiation.

It is created in 2001 with the objective of producing and commercializing microwave devices able to integrate, in the industrial processes, the traditional methodology of heating and drying different types of materials. The innovative process of electro-radiation comes along with the traditional methods, such as radiation, thermal convection and thermal conduction.

Since then, the results of the research in the domain of the microwaves application have brought about the construction of diverse applicators and waveguides, the construction of conveyer belts and roller conveyers, the creation of the plants with closed-door processing (step processing) and open-door processing (continuous cycle processing), the construction of induction systems of only microwaves or microwaves combined with infrared, ultraviolet, hot air and vapor.

Certification

From 2005 Microglass is certified for the Quality Management System according to the ISO 9001/2000.

From May 2007 Microglass is a MIUR-accredited Research and Development Laboratory.

Our commercial partners can thus benefit from large tax deductions and concessions introduced by special public laws, on which Microglass stays updated, in order to promote the development and the diffusion of their technologies in synergy with their partners.

Patents

Microglass has up to this day developed numerous patents, in most of the cases in a close collaboration with their partners. The following are examples of the registered patents (that Microglass grants with certificate):

  • One Touch Glass System
  • Devices for the controlled emission of Microred electromagnetic waves
  • Machine for glass processing
  • MOS ® machine for the wood processing
  • System of dynamic microwave diffusion in the intermediate space of an employable modular element for creation of industrial plants of different types and capacities
  • Devices for microwave drying of wet textile fiber yarns
  • Device providing a system which enables microwaves to be directed and distributed inside the metallic envelope and only in its delimited areas

In addition to the patents listed above, many other were developed and then registered at our partners, and we constantly continue with new developments.

Recognitions

Thanks to this Microglass has obtained numerous rewards and recognitions, such as:

  • Award for innovation in the Festival Città Impresa 2009
  • Award for innovation 3L/3T in 2008 promoted by AREA Science Park of Padriciano (TS)
  • Award Fedeltà FVG Innovazione in 2007
  • Award FVG Innovazione in 2004, 2005 and 2006
  • Award International Woodworking Machinery & Furniture Supply in 2004
Microglass Lab

Microglass Lab is a MIUR-accredited laboratory providing complete service package, assisting to its client with the study, creation or renovation of a new plant or its parts, which require thermal processing. Microglass offers its support in certification environment as well as with financing and fiscal concession instruments.

Services: study and prototyping, planning, consulting, certification, software development, serial production of radiation componentry technology.

Microglass MIT

Microglass MIT was born from experience, strengthened all through the years, from the laboratory and proposes serial and compact applications (such as glass laminating machines, systems for glass heating, compact curing tunnels using combined technology), easily employable by both big laboratories and small artisanal producers, that can finally enjoy high innovative technology.

Technology: fast prototyping machines, machines and devices using high content technologies, high performance machines, integrator system machines.

TechnoBright

Technobright is a newly created laboratory, focused on the implementation of diverse technologies and production processes, such as the electroluminescence, with the aim to provide to the client a finished entirely personalized product.

Services: consulting, study and customized production of laminated and electroluminescent supports.
