Lamir is a line of machines for vacuum laminating of the glass with patented Microred technology. It is studied with the aim to guarantee the utmost practicality of use, thanks to the simple but effective solutions:

  • User friendly interface with display: the programs can be set up by means of a single rotating knob and a selection click (there is no alphanumerical keyboard).
  • Coiling roll of the vacuum depression tube external to the machine and always connected.
  • Command panel installed on the frontal part of the extractable drawer with display of vacuum value, acoustic and luminous indicator of the vacuum loss, user friendly display for setting up of the processing cycles.
  • Working surface placed on the top of the machine produced from anti-scratch material and equipped with EVA film rolls holder.
  • Easy installation: Lamir can be lifted with a forklift and turned on using the three phase electrical power supply (with homogeneous balanced load in the phases).

Innovativeness of the infrared system
The systems of inferior and superior radiation of the drawer are ‘tracking’ the temperature set up by the user for the manufacture processing. Once the thermal gradient is set up on the glass, the paneling generates an infrared emission that follows the glass progress, increased by a constant offset. Consequently, a homogeneous heat processing of the manufacture is obtained, from room temperature to maximum working value.

Energy saving
The systems of inferior and superior radiation are powered on alternatively (RWM modulation). Subsequently, the maximum power absorbed by the electrical system is always halved with respect to the power generally installed. Moreover, the insulation system composed of special panels (sandwich of calcium silicate and natural fiber) guarantees minimum levels of thermal dispersion, keeping the energy yield of the machine very high.
