The revolutionary line of radiant panels Microred is a patented device for controlled emission of electromagnetic waves, offering multiple possibilities of use thank to their innovative features. The Microred panels help to accomplish the drying and polymerization processes with considerable time and costs reduction.

The Microred panels can be differently dimensioned for its montage on mobile or fixed structures, for plants and systems of industrial and artisanal painting. They are supplied with electric energy and are produced with materials and solutions helping to render them maximally efficient in frontal radiance and simultaneously, keeping the temperature of the structure safe for the human contact.

Control and regulation of the temperature
The panel consists of an efficient thermoregulation system with low consumption, guaranteeing the maximal radiance yield and at the same time, maintaining the temperature of the structure on a level acceptable for the panel handling also with bare hands.

Handling
The GO series provides a wheel structure. The GO and WING series offer and easy handling thanks to the lifting trolley and also to the adoption of all the necessary safety measures.

Power supply
The panel can be directly connected to the electrical system without requiring a special electrical board.
Power supply of the panels: 400Vac at 50/60Hz, 230Vac at 50/60Hz

Solutions for varnishing

The panels, thanks to their flexible dimensions, can be easily inserted also in curing tunnels for varnish drying, resin polymerization and other treatments that can be executed in line.

Solutions for the automotive

The solutions for the automotive can be either applied to the mounting of varnishing cabins or to the machinery implementation. There are also panels in mobile version, with easy handling, that can be used also outside the curing tunnels.

The handling of the panels in mobile version allows maximal use versatility also outside the curing tunnels.
