MTT - MICRO THERM TECH BOOTHS
Oven with combined technology (MW, IR, hot and cold air) for dying up treatments of cold water varnishes on wood supports, or metals and derived, resin and adhesive polymerization, food treatment (pasteurization etc.).
Micro Therm Tech has been developed thanks to studies and applications in different operative sectors and is able to offer very high standard both in productivity and treatment homogeneity (drying up, polymerization etc.).
Plus: Adaptability
The cabins are available in low temperature (e. j for food treatment), in medium temperature (e. j vanishing drying up on wood supports) and in high temperature (e. j varnishing drying up on metal) versions. Various solutions, such as hydraulic circuit and air filtering system strengthening, have been developed in order to make the machine much more resistant against unfavourable working conditions, as high temperature and dusty environment, typical of varnishing plants . Besides there are available different optional in order to fit the oven to the requested applications, as the possibility to put a stain steel inox AISI 316 or 314 cavity, customerization of loading systems also with insertion of vacuum systems etc.
Plus: Recipes selection
The different heating technologies (IR-MW- Hot/ cold air) can be chosen singularly or can be regulated with combined modality. Through the control panel is possible optimize and memorize recipes of specific treatments.
Indeed the three technologies have different peculiarity and efficacies for each treated material and their combined action allow quickly a better result. For example, in the drying up of varnishes on wood supports, the microwaves radiating system, with waveguides placed on the walls , allows to evacuate the humidity in depth thanks to the very high penetration power inside the material; IR panels (Microred) positioned on cavity’s walls concentrate more energy on surface for product polymerization while air flow touches lightly the material allowing the humidity take off. In the cabin, with opening and closing system doors, is possible insert racks, trolleys and other loading systems.
Plus: Modularity
The cabins have been conceived as modular and can be joint in order to obtain a treatment tunnel of different lengths, in which it could be treated both single trolleys and semi manufactured products of big dimensions (e. j panels, boat’s bodies etc…). Moreover, thanks to partialization systems among the modules (that take place with the closing/opening of the shutters placed between a module and the following) is possible work only in a part of the tunnel, fitting the energy quantity to the real load, avoiding efficiency lacks or energy wastes.
