The research and continuous experimentation, in line with highly qualified personnel and in collaboration with Research universities and institutes, guarantee an efficient use of processes and high quality products. It is enough to point out that the Microglass technical office cooperates with technical offices of the companies that employ up to this day more than 130 000 people.

Study, planning and development

The development of every Microglass product takes place inside a consolidated quality network based on studies and research that have already numerous interest areas. The devoted Microglass personnel is active in the basic and applied research, providing to the clients adequate instruments for actual needs, effective and optimized in the consumption. Our clients participate to the engineering, prototyping and testing phases. But it is not finished here. Once the prototype is created, Microglass is available for further development and improvements of the technology.

Certification

Thanks to the technical solutions of the shielding materials and of the resonant cavity, of the reflection systems and progressive attenuation, the developed systems enable to maintain the maximum emission level under 6 V/m, with respect to the standard allowed level of 137V/m. The sensed values were certified during the processing by officially registered control institutes. If asked, Microglass can provide the plant certification, obligatory for the commercialization, guaranteeing the functioning of his components.

MIUR accreditation

In 2007 Microglass was added to the list of the MIUR-accredited laboratories (Ministry of university and research) and can thus be recognized as equal to the Research institute, which can assume an innovation project.

The State offers economic concessions in order to stimulate the research activity. This research partly or totally covers the costs sustained by the enterprise for the industrial research activities (theoretic and concrete) as well as the pre-competitive development activities (concrete developed from the theory, prototype development), in higher measure if commissioned to the MIUR-accredited laboratories, such as Microglass.
